Rudolf Friedrich Martin [Rudolf] Bella (07/12/1890 - 14/07/1973), a Hungarian composer; born in Hermannstadt, Siebenbürgen, died in Romanshorn. He studied with Eusebius Mandyczewski in Vienna. From 1921 till 1924 he was conductor in Czernowitz, then in Ravensburg and Romanshorn. He composed: 3 Opera's, a Symphony, a string fantasy, chamber music, organ and piano pieces, an Oratorium, a Requiem, choir works and songs.
